Recruited to oversee communications plans and multi-channel strategic development for 12 Coty Prestige and Beauty accounts. Responsible for concept pitching, campaign development, national product launches, and strategic partnership development. Supervised a team of two. Core responsibilities:


STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT | Directed the launch and go-to-market strategy for 26 new product lines, working closely with in-house marketing and PR teams and external agency partners to create cohesive brand imaging and localization strategies for press events.


EVENT MANAGEMENT | Oversaw retailer sales meetings and events, personal appearance tours, junkets, and development of PR materials.
