Accountable for driving sales and brand awareness initiatives for the fashion and beauty brands at the flagship store, with emphasis on increasing performance in underperforming areas. Developed and executed the seasonal events calendar encompassing over 50 branded events per year including new product launches, celebrity and personal appearances, galas, fashion shows, and localized promotional retail events and programs. Core responsibilities:

LEADERSHIP | Supervised workflow among 2 team members and 50 additional event staff, in addition to managing requests and timelines for the internal creative team. Provided leadership across multiple components including budget management, vendor sourcing and negotiation, team leadership, and definition of event strategy.

 

CREATIVE MANAGEMENT | Led the initial creative briefing and final approval process for branded marketing collateral including brochures, invitations, flyers, and beauty books. Identified and delivered action plans for targeted cross-promotional initiatives.
